Most projects need a developer and a marketer who talk to each other. Tell me what you are building and you get a written scope and a fixed price before anything starts.
Each one says what you get and who it is for. If your project sits between two of them, say so on the form and I will tell you which fits.
Front-end build
A site or an app built from scratch in Next.js and React. Fast on a phone, readable by a crawler without running JavaScript, and yours to edit from an admin panel.
Next.js App Router with static rendering where it counts, so pages open quickly on mobile data.
Design and build in one pass, from the layout down to the last pressed state.
Arabic and English side by side, with right to left set properly rather than mirrored.
Semantic HTML and structured data, so the page is readable by a machine as well as a person.
The code in your repository, the accounts in your name, and handover notes for the next developer.
For: A business with no site, or one that has outgrown the site it has.
Growth work
The part most developers hand back to you. Paid ads on Meta and Google, tracking that tells you which click paid for itself, and landing pages built to convert rather than to look good in a screenshot.
Campaigns on Meta and Google: setup, creative, launch, and the weekly read.
Tracking wired end to end, so a click can be followed to a sale instead of guessed at.
Landing pages built to convert, measured against whatever you are running now.
Search and AI visibility handled inside the build: clean semantic HTML, structured data, sitemaps, and crawler access. That is what search engines rank and what answer engines quote.
A monthly read in plain language, not a screenshot of a dashboard.
For: Anyone spending on ads without knowing what the spend returns.
Full-stack
The engine behind the site. Login, database, file storage, and an admin panel your team runs without me. Built on Supabase by the same person who built the front end.
A Postgres database on Supabase with row level access rules per role.
Authentication, roles, and an admin panel your team can actually use.
File and image storage, with upload limits and access rules set.
Forms, bookings, and email capture writing into your own database.
Dashboards that answer the question you keep asking someone to look up.
For: A site that has to do work, not just be read.
Consulting Session, 60 Minutes
60 minutes
Time with me on a call. Bring your site, your code, or your plan. We find what is blocking you, and you leave with a written list of what to do next. This is the one thing on this page you pay for online, at the moment you book it.
Tell me what the business does and what you want built. Five minutes.
2
We talk
A call in Arabic or English. I ask about your customers, your competitors, and what you have already tried. You get my honest read, including when the answer is that you do not need a new site.
3
Scope and fixed price
A written scope: pages, features, timeline, and a price that does not move. Nothing starts before you approve it.
4
Build, launch, measure
You watch it come together on a live link. After launch I connect analytics and we look at what the site is actually doing.
Before you get in touch
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the pages, the features, and whether you need a backend. I do not publish a price list, because a five page site and a booking platform are not the same job. Send the form and you get a fixed price in writing after one call.
How long does it take?
A small business site usually runs two to four weeks from approved scope to launch. Builds with logins, dashboards, or payments take longer, and the scope document states the timeline before you agree to it.
Can you work on my existing site instead of rebuilding it?
Often yes. On WordPress, Wix, or Shopify most problems are fixable in place, and that costs less than starting over. When the platform itself is the problem I will say so, rather than sell you a rebuild you do not need.
Do you run the ads yourself, or only build the pages?
Both. I set up and run the campaigns on Meta and Google, wire the tracking, and build the landing pages they point at. One person means the page and the campaign are not blaming each other.
Which languages can the site be in?
Arabic and English, as two real versions rather than one translated and flipped. I can write the copy, or set what you already have.
What happens after launch?
The code and the accounts are in your name from day one. A monthly retainer for content, ads, and monitoring is available and optional. Nothing about the site is locked to me.
Tell me what you are building.
Send the project and we talk about scope, timeline, and price. The 1:1 consulting session is the separate thing you pay for online. If your project is not a fit I will say so and point you somewhere useful.
